COVID-19 cases are on a rise in India once again. As the fight against COVID-19 continues, Aamir Khan has tested positive for the virus. The actor's spokesperson said that he is in home-quarantine. The shoot of his upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha has come to a halt. 

The spokesperson said, "Mr. Aamir Khan has tested positive for Covid 19. He is at home in self-quarantine, following all the protocols and he’s doing fine. All those who came in contact with him in the recent past should get themselves tested as a precautionary measure. Thank you for all your wishes and concern.”

Apart from Aamir, actors like Kartik Aaryan, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Manoj Bajpayee and Satish Kaushik are undergoing treatment for COVID-19. In the past, celebrities like Neetu Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali had also contracted the virus.
