Sandeep Nahar, who acted with Sushant Singh Rajput and Anupam Kher in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story and with Akshay Kumar in Kesari ended his life on Monday allegedly by suicide. Mere hours before his death he had posted a video on Facebook where he had shared a ‘suicide note’ in which he said that he shared a toxic relationship with his wife Kanchan Sharma. He also mentioned ‘politics’ in Bollywood and the ‘unprofessional functioning and the lack of emotions in people working in the industry’ in his suicide note.
Now, Akshay and Anupam have expressed their grief over his tragic demise. Akshay took to Twitter to write that he was heartbroken after learning of Sandeep’s passing and recalled that he was a jovial young man, passionate about food. He urged people to seek help if they are feeling low instead of resorting to the extreme step.

On the other hand, Anupam told a leading daily that he remembered Sandeep as a ‘happy-go-lucky’ man. He told the daily, “I didn't know about it last night, but I read about him a few hours back and immediately connected his presence in M S Dhoni: The Untold Story. Sandeep was a happy-go-lucky guy. I met him on the sets of that film only. I had about two-three scenes with him. He had more scenes with other actors in the film but he was undoubtedly a good actor."
Besides, Kesari and MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Sandeep had also worked in Khandaani Shafakhana, Kehne Ko Humsafar Hain and others. The actor was found unconscious at his flat in suburban Goregaon in the evening, by his wife Kanchan and friends, who took him to SVR Hospital, where he was declared dead on arrival, a police official said, according to news agency PTI. He had posted a ‘suicide note’ on Facebook, along with a nine-minute video.
