Netizens call Kareena Kapoor Khan's maternity photoshoot show off, slam her saying '63% of pregnant women in rural India work until the day of delivery'

Kareena Kapoor Khan is expecting her second child soon. The actress, who welcomed Taimur Ali Khan with her husband Saif Ali Khan in 2016, shared pictures from her latest maternity photo shoot on her Instagram account. Kareena, 40, is seen performing yoga and is sending out the message that it is important to love and accept one's body the way it is.

A heavily pregnant Kareena is dressed pink sports bra and a pair of high-waist leggings. However, Kareena flaunting her baby bump with grace and poise didn't go down well with many social media users. As Kareena continues to work and keep a check on her fitness just before she welcomes her child, she was brutally trolled by people for making pregnancy and yoga a big issue.

Some people trolled her for ‘showing off’ her maternity period with ‘planned photo session’. A section of Twitter went on to share pictures of pregnant women in rural India who work for their livelihood till they give birth. One user wrote, "'63% Of Pregnant Women In Rural India Work Until The Day Of Delivery' But I'm still not sure what Bollywood wants to convey through planned photo session as if in entire India they r only one to get PREGNANT Aisa KYA SHOW OFF"

Another person tweeted, "Well... It's all publicity stunt... For getting limelight during Pregnancy ... So please ignore that..."

A user slammed Kareena saying, "Some celebs flaunt their baby bump for money & attention. And they get paid to do that. Some women work while being pregnant to feed themselves & the baby. Choose wisely whom you want to respect. Respect is not cheap. It must be earned."
