Akshay Kumar celebrates Army Day with jawans by playing volleyball, flag off a marathon in their honour with Kriti Sanon

Akshay Kumar is shooting his upcoming film Bachchan Pandey in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. Today, on the occasion of Army Day, the actor marked the day in true Khiladi style. He played volleyball with the jawans and flagged off a marathon in the city. Playing a game of volleyball in nail-biting cold, Akshay looked delighted enjoying the early morning game.

He shared a video where he can be seen playing the game wearing black track pants and hoodie. Pictures of Akshay and his co-star Kriti Sanon also went viral from Jaisalmer as they flagged off a marathon ‘Vijay Run for Soldiers’. The two looked extremely happy as they met the soldiers and took part in the event. Army Day is celebrated every year on January 15.

Bachchan Pandey is being directed by Farhad Samji and is bankrolled by Sajis Nadiadwala. The film also stars Pankaj Tripathi, Arshad Warsi and Jacqueline Fernandez.
