Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli started a new chapter in their lives with the arrival of their daughter on January 11. Virat shared the announcement and informed that the mother and child are doing fine. Days after the baby's arrival, Anushka and Virat requested the paparazzi to protect the privacy of the child by not clicking her pictures. Along with the note, the new parents in town sent across gift hampers to them.
The luxury gift hamper had goodies like a sweet box, chocolates, a scented candle, flavoured dry fruits and a note. The note read, "Hi, Thank you for all the love that you have given us for all these years. We are happy to celebrate this momentous occasion with you. As parents, we have a simple request to make to you. We want to protect the privacy of our child and we need your help and support. While we will always ensure that you get all the content you need featuring us, we would request you to kindly not take or carry any content that has our child. We know that you will understand where we are coming from and we thank you for the same."
According to PeepingMoon sources, Anushka and Virat have named their daughter Anvi. However, the couple is yet to officially announce it.
