With this big purchase, Janhvi has become the latest Bollywood star to invest in real estate. Alia Bhatt and Hrithik Roshan recently made headlines when they bought new houses. While Alia purchased a flat in boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor’s building, Hrithik reportedly spent about Rs 100 crore for his swanky penthouse in a highrise.

On the work front, Janhvi's last release was Netflix's Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
