Sushmita Sen and Rohman Shawl have been dating each other for around two years now. The couple never shied away from social media PDA. Their fans have been waiting to see them married but looks like there is still time for it. Recently, during an Instagram live session, Sushmita and Rohman were asked about their wedding. To this, Rohman replied, "Pooch ke batate hain (We will ask and let you know.)" Sushmita Sen added, "Hum neighbour se pooch ke batate hain (We will consult the neighbour and let you know)."
Now, there is a major update to this as Sushmita's brother Rajiv Sen's wife Charu Asopa's video has gone viral in which she is seen calling Rohman 'jiju'. Sushmita’s brother Rajeev shared a video on Instagram from their recent Christmas celebrations in Dubai. The video shows him partying with his wife Charu Asopa, Sushmita and Rohman. The video begins with Charu calling Rohman 'jiju' (brother-in-law) and wishing him Merry Christmas.
Several reports suggested that the Sushmita and Rohman will tie the knot in December 2021. When asked about their big wedding plans, Sushmita had said in 2019 that she will not get married only for the sake of it. She will take the big step only and if she and Rohman are completely ready and sure about each other.
Sushmita had also narrated the ‘beautiful’ story of how they met in an interview. “He sent me a direct message on Instagram and I didn’t check direct messages because I wasn’t sure if you check it, you may be allowing that person to start communicating with you. So, I had too many of these direct messages and I had not opened any and there it was,” she had said, adding, “I was scrolling through and this boy broke something in the room and I went talking to him and when I came back I had obviously opened one of the DMs and it was a message from him and I was like ‘Oh my god, how did I do that, god I should never be talking when I am near a phone’.”
