Akshay Kumar ‘sulks’ after wife Twinkle Khanna interviews mum Dimple Kapadia's Tenet film director Christopher Nolan

Akshay Kumar is in a ‘sulky’ mood and it has nothing to do with films or shooting schedules but the fact that he is the only one left in his family who has not met director Christopher Nolan. After his mother-in-law Dimple Kapadia worked in the acclaimed director’s film Tenet, now wife Twinkle Khanna got the opportunity to interview him for Tweak India.

Sharing the video of the interview on social media, Akshay wrote, “First my mom-in-law worked with #ChristopherNolan and now the wife gets to interview him...seems like I’m the only one left in the family yet to meet the visual genius! Watch this interview while I sulk @TweakIndia.”

The interview was conducted virtually. On the weekend, Akshay had shared a handwritten note from Nolan praising Dimple on social media. Akshay’s brother-in-law Karan Kapadia had also met Nolan in 2019.

Tenet has opened to positive reviews in India. It was released on December 4. It also stars John David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Dibicki and Clemence Poesy.
