Shoots of Bollywood films resumed a few months ago after a long lockdown. Though production houses are making sure that all safety measures are followed on sets strictly, COVID-19 is in no mood to spare anyone. Varun Dhawan, who was shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh has contracted the virus. Now, reports are suggesting Kriti Sanon, too, has tested positive for Coronavirus.
According to an entertainment portal's report, Kriti, who was shooting for the film titled Second Innings with Rajkummar Rao in Chandigarh, has apparently contracted the virus. A few days ago, the actress returned to Mumbai after wrapping her schedule of the film. Kriti is yet to confirm the news.

Kriti, at the Mumbai airport, was asked by shutterbugs to remove her mask for photos. However, the actress clearly refused to do so.
Workwise, Kriti shot for her upcoming film Mimi directed by Laxman Utekar. As per reports, she will be playing Sita in Prabhas' Adipurush. Apart from this, she has Bachchan Pandey with Akshay Kumar, Arshad Warsi and Jacqueline Fernandez.
