Aanand L Rai's upcoming film Atrangi Re has ever Bollywood lover's attention and why not? With Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush coming together for an A R Rahman musical, one can expect magic to unfold on the silver screen. While Sara and Dhanush had started shooting for the film in Varanasi in March and then resumed work in October after the lockdown, Akshay has now joined the team.
The Bollywood superstar, who has had a chock-a-block schedule since August, united with Sara on Atrangi Re sets. Sharing a picture with Akshay, Sara wrote, "AtrangiRe becomes more Rangeen! @akshaykumar so privileged, excited and thankful to be working with you!" The actor is seen in a black jacket and striped shirt while Sara looks beautiful in a multi-coloured patiala suit.
Atrangi Re will be backed by Bhushan Kumar under his banner T-Series and co-produced by Colour Yellow Productions and Cape Of Good Films. The music will be by A R Rahman and the film will be written by Himanshu Sharma.
