Shoot of John Abraham's Satyameva Jayate 2 comes to a halt after producer Nikkhil Advani and other crew members test COVID-19 positive?

After a long delay due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the shoot of John Abraham and Divya Khosla Kumar's Satyameva Jayate 2 started on October 21 in Lucknow. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film was to roll in April this year but the plan got disrupted due to the lockdown. The action-thriller was initially scheduled to release on October 2, 2020, but now, it will release on May 12, 2021, that is Eid. 

However, a week later, the shoot has reportedly come to a halt after a few members on the sets tested positive for COVID-19. According to an entertainment portal's report, the producer of Satyameva Jayate, Nikkhil Advani, tested positive for the novel virus a few days ago. Not just him, the film’s DOP and few other members have also reportedly contracted Coronavirus. Reportedly, John has returned to Mumbai and won't be heading to Lucknow until the team chalks out a safe shoot plan. The filming won't resume till all the team members have recovered.

Satyameva Jayate 2 is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar of T-Series, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, Nikkhil Advani of Emmay Entertainment. According to PeepingMoon sources, John will be seen in a triple role in the actioner.
