'Quarter century ho gayi,' reads Sara Ali Khan's 25th birthday cake; shares pictures from the celebration

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan turned 25 today (August 12). The daughter of Saif Ali Khan and his former wife Amrita Singh celebrated her big day with her family at home while wishes from fans and well-wishers poured out on social media. Elated as ever, the young actress brought in her day with enthusiasm and cheer. Sara, on Instagram stories, shared a picture and boomerangs from her birthday party.

In the picture shared by Sara, it seems her brother 'Iggy Potter' aka Ibrahim Ali Khan surprised her with multiple cakes to mark the big day. On one of the cakes, it was written 'quarter century ho gayi'. The house was decorated with balloons for the birthday girl. Dressed in a chic jumpsuit, Sara was all cheerful as she posed for a boomerang. Holding balloons in her hand, she flashed a happy smile in yet another boomerang.

Workwise, Sara is currently awaiting the release of Coolie No.1 with Varun Dhawan. The David Dhawan directorial was scheduled to release on May 1, 2020, but got pushed ahead due to the COVID lockdown. The actress will start shooting for Aanand L. Rai's Atrangi Re with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush in October.

For the unversed, Sara made debut with Kedarnath in 2018 and subsequently appeared in Simmba with Ranveer Singh. She was last seen with Kartik Aaryan in Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal in February this year.
