Diya Aur Baati Hum actress Prachi Tehlan, on August 7, 2020, tied the knot with Rohit Saroha. The wedding ceremony was held in Delhi with all safety precautions in place. On Saturday, the actress shared a picture from the grand yet intimate ceremony on her Instagram handle.
Prachi, previously, mentioned that she will be wearing a Sahil Kochhar creation for her wedding. The actress who featured with Mammootty in Mamangam gave a glimpse of her look with the picture. However, Prachi's and Rohit's faces weren't visible. "7.8.2020 Wedding Date ," Prachi wrote.
Prachi, before starting her career as an actress, was an Indian netball and basketball player. She is the former captain of the Indian Netball Team which represented India in the 2010 Commonwealth Games and in other major Asian Championships in 2010-11. After signing Diya Aur Baati Hum in January 2016, Prachi went on to feature in the Punjabi film Arjan in 2017. She starred as the lead in Bailaras in the same year. Her second TV show was Star Plus' Ikyawann. In 2019, she was seen with Mammootty in Mamangam.
Rohit is a Delhi-based businessman and wildlife conservationist. Prachi and Rohit met each other at a wedding in 2012. However, back then, they wanted to focus on their careers. Eight years later, they finally decided to get married amid lockdown.
