Abhishek Bachchan's 'Breathe 2' dubbing studio staff members test negative for COVID; studio to remain shut

On July 11, Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan tested positive for the novel COVID-19. A day after, reports of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan confirmed that they have also contracted the virus. Now, as the Bachchan family is taking treatment for the same, people who came in close contact with them in the past few days, are also being tested. As a precautionary measure, the staff members of the dubbing studio where Abhishek recorded for his web series Breathe: Into The Shadows went for the COVID test.

Now, in the latest development, the studio owner told an entertainment portal that all the staff members have been tested negative. The owner further said that Abhishek might not have contracted the virus from the studio staff. He informed the premise with remain shut for another few days. Abhishek's Breathe: Into The Shadows co-star Amit Sadh was also tested and his report came negative. Mr. Bachchan's 26 staff members have also been tested negative.

Abhishek and Mr. Bachchan are currently admitted to the Nanavati Hospital for treatment. As per doctors, they are recovering well and are stable. Aishwarya and Aaradhya are self-quarantining themselves at home and doctors are monitoring their health. The Bachchans bungalows in Mumbai have been sealed and santised by the BMC soon after three generations of the family contracted the virus.
