Is Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda preparing for his Bollywood debut?

Amitabh Bachchan has been rightfully ruling Bollywood for over 50 years now. The towering personality, whose supremacy over his talent and the box office remains untouched, manages to win over his fans and critics alike. While such gems are rare, it seems Mr. Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda is gearing up to follow his footsteps into films. Well, yes. According to a leading daily's report, Agastya, the son of Shweta Bachchan Nanda and Nikhil Nanda is said to be preparing for his Bollywood debut.

As per reports, the 19-year-old has shown a keen interest in taking up acting as a career. Rumour has it that Agastya has already been offered a film and will reportedly take it up when he is prepared for it. Agastya's maternal family has actors like Mr. Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan (uncle), Jaya Bachchan (grandmother) and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (aunt). While the acting bug seems to have bitten Agastya, his sister Navya Naveli Nanda has different aspirations. Agastya was recently clicked at Neetu Kapoor's birthday. For the unversed, Neetu is Agastya's late paternal grandmother Ritu Nanda's sister-in-law.
