Sushant Singh Rajput’s tragic and untimely demise left everyone shocked and heartbroken. However, his co-stars and friends from the industry are still reeling under the shock of his death. Among them, Kriti Sanon who worked with him in Raabta shared a great relationship with him that went beyond work. The two were good friends and their camaraderie during the film’s promotions was the talk of the town.
Now, post Sushant’s demise several videos about them are surfacing online. In one such video, Sushant can be seen explaining why he and Kriti became such good friends and tells the media about a lot of similarities between the two. He mentioned that they both connected over Delhi where they went to school and college and spoke about how both of them have done engineering. He even mentioned that they have ‘similar passions’ when it came to work and films.
He also mentioned the fact, that Kriti and he are foodies and love to eat. He also said that he and Kriti like to give their 100 percent to their films as both of them are very passionate about their work. In fact, in one of their interviews, Sushant had even said that Kriti had come to perform at his engineering college but they couldn’t meet as by that time he had dropped out.
Sushant passed away in Mumbai on June 14. Kriti along with Shraddha Kapoor, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Varun Sharma, Vivek Oberoi, Dinesh Vijan and others paid their last respects to the actor at his funeral. Sushant’s father KK Singh had said that Kriti was the only one who spoke to him at the funeral and expressed her grief at the actor’s demise.
