Today, May 29, marks one month of acclaimed actor Irrfan’s death. The actor passed away on April 29 at 53 years of age after succumbing to the rare neuroendocrine tumour that he was diagnosed with in 2018. His passing has left a deep void in the film industry as well as in the hearts of his countless fans. However, nothing can subdue the pain and emptiness his wife Sutapa Sikdar and sons Babil and Ayan must be feeling.
Sutapa took to her Facebook account to share an emotional post for her soulmate. She shared two pictures of Irrfan and wrote, “''Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass the world is too full to talk about." It's just a matter of time...milenge baaten karenge.... Till we meet again.”

Irrfan’s death sent a jolt among cinema lovers. His death sent everyone in gloom not only in Bollywood but also in Hollywood as many international celebs mourned his untimely demise.
Irrfan’s last film was Angrezi Medium that also starred Radhika Madan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Deepak Dobriyal. His friend-cum-director Vishal Bhardwaj had even penned an emotional and endearing screenplay for him after his death.
