As Bollywood was coming to terms with Irrfan's death, yet another shocking news came in knocking at the doorstep. Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor, who was diagnosed with cancer, breathed his last in Mumbai today. Soon after the news broke out, Bollywood celebrities mourned the loss of a gem with heartfelt condolences on social media platforms.
Karan Johar, who was close to Rishi and worked on films like Student Of The Year, got emotional as he bid adieu to the veteran actor. "He was my childhood....." wrote Karan.

According to PeepingMoon sources, Rishi was admitted to a hospital 3 weeks ago and breathed his last at 8.45 am this morning. His wife, actress Neetu Kapoor and son Ranbir Kapoor were by his side during his final moments. However, his daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni who is currently residing in Delhi with her family, will, unfortunately, have to give his funeral a miss due to lockdown.
