However, due to the Coronavirus scare, the wedding is pushed ahead indefinitely. However, as per recent reports, the Dhawans and Dalals were planning to announce the engagement of Varun and Natasha today, which also marks the former's 33rd birthday. But, given the current pandemic situation, the families have taken a call to do it at a later date.
"The family had considered formally announcing Varun's engagement to long-time girlfriend Natasha Dalal on the occasion. However, given the current scenario, they have decided to do it at an appropriate time," the source.

Despite the strong buzz of the same, Varun, in a tweet, clarified that it was a birthday party.
