The rapid spread of Coronavirus has become a cause of worry all across the world. Coronavirus aka COVID-19 came into knowledge after China and its neighbouring countries were affected largely and now, the virus has attained the status of a pandemic by the World Health Organisation(WHO). Now, with almost all nations under complete lockdown to curb the impact of the deadly infection, celebrities are urging people to follow the guidelines laid down by medical experts. When it comes to spreading awareness, one of the most active members is none other than Priyanka Chopra Jonas. The Indian origin global star not just promotes safety steps but also interacted with WHO’s General Director Dr. Tedros to find out more information about COVID-19 as a way to educate herself as well as fans.

After the interaction, Priyanka, on her Instagram account, shared a video wherein she accepted Dr. Tedros' 'Safe Hands Challenge'. The actress, in the clip, told people to wash hands for 20 seconds frequently as this simple step will keep the Coronavirus at bay. Soon, as she began washing her hands, she started singing a song which was apparently co-written by her American pop singer husband Nick Jonas. "I accept the #SafeHands challenge @DrTedros.
