COVID-19: Sonam Kapoor Ahuja returns to Delhi with husband Anand Ahuja, lauds airport authorities for being 'extremely responsible'

The nation is currently battling the outburst of a pandemic named Coronavirus. The virus first came into knowledge after China and its neighbouring countries got affected and soon, Coronavirus aka COVID-19 has gripped the whole world into its trap. While medical facilities are being multiplied each day, citizens are advised to not visit crowded places till March 31. Owing to this, celebrities who are away from the city are returning back home as a precautionary measure against Coronavirus. Similarly, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja who now stays with her husband Anand Ahuja in London came back to India and is now at the latter's residence in Delhi. The actress, on Instagram, shared her experience at the airport and asked her fans to not panic and take proper care.

Sonam, on Instagram, shared a message thanking the Government as well as the Delhi airport officials. She mentioned that at London airport, there was no screening taking place whereas, at the Delhi airport, all necessary precautions were taken. She also said that the authorities are handling the situation 'incredibly'. The actress went on to tell that the Government is doing the best that they can. Urging people to follow guidelines, Sonam said 'prevention is better than cure' especially when a person stays with parents and grandparents.

Owing to the Coronavirus outbreak, apex production bodies have decided to stall shoots of Indian films and television shows till March 31. Also, Producers Guild of India has set up a relief fund for daily wage earners who are majorly affected by the shutdown.
