After roping in Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, Rohit Shetty looking for a fourth hero to expand his cop universe?

Rohit Shetty has made a cop universe with three of the biggest Bollywood stars. After roping in Ajay Devgn as Singham, Ranveer Singh as Simmba and Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi for his action films centered on no-nonsense police officers, he is all set to take his franchise further. If reports are to be believed then Rohit is not satisfied with three leading heroes and is looking for a fourth cop for his action-packed cop universe.

According to the media reports, Rohit who is extremely confident of his upcoming release Sooryavanshi that stars Akshay and Katrina Kaif in the lead has asked his writers to sketch different cop characters that will hail from different parts of the country. A leading daily quoted a source, “After Sooryavanshi, Rohit will train his focus on the next edition of Golmaal. In the meanwhile, his team of writers has been asked to create cop avatars that will have different personality traits from those of Singham, Simmba and Sooryavanshi, and will hail from different parts of India, thus tackling diverse issues of the country.”

Apparently, Rohit has a few heroes in mind for his cop universe and as he got Ajay and Akshay to star in Simmba he may make an announcement of his next cop hero soon.

On the other hand, Sooryavanshi that was scheduled to release on March 24 has been postponed due to the coronavirus scare across the country. The makers have not announced the new release date yet.
