Kareena Kapoor Khan is the true definition of a diva. From being a successful actress to a hands-on mother, she is doing it all while setting an example for her female fans. As Kareena is completing two decades in Bollywood this year, she is one of the rare actresses to have worked with possibly all leading filmmakers. Right from Karan Johar, Imtiaz Ali to Rohit Shetty and many others, the Jab We Met actress never fails to surprise with her versatility by working with masters of different genres. Now, as Kareena is gearing up for the release of Angrezi Medium, she has been giving back-to-back interviews. During one such interview, Begum K expressed her desire to team up with Zoya Akhtar. She told that she wants to tick off a film with her from her bucket list. Kareena further revealed that a number of opportunities came her way but they didn't materialise. Kareena went on to call Zoya's films 'poetry' and gushed that she loves watching Gully Boy repeatedly.
"I would love to work with Zoya Akhtar, she is the one box that remains to be ticked. There were several opportunities in the past, but things didn’t work out because of me. Her films are spectacular, like poetry. I like to watch Gully Boy again and again," Kareena told.

Workwise, Kareena will be seen in the role of an undercover cop named Naina in Irrfan starrer Angrezi Medium. The film which is a sequel to 2017 hit film Hindi Medium is directed by Homi Adajania and produced by Dinesh Vijan. It also stars Radhika Madan and will release on March 13, 2020. Apart from that, she stars in Karan Johar's Christmas 2021 release Takht.
