'Hawa Singh': Salman Khan unveils Sooraj Pancholi’s FIRST LOOK poster from his biopic on the 'baap of Indian boxing'

Sooraj Pancholi, son of actors Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab, made his Bollywood debut with Hero along with Athiya Shetty in 2015. The film didn't work at the box-office. He was last seen in Satellite Shankar. Now, he is all set to feature next in Hawa Singh, a biopic on the legendary boxer, who was better known as the Father of Indian Boxing.

Based on the true story of the iconic heavyweight boxer, Hawa Singh directed by Prakash Nambiar and it will be produced by Sam S Fernandes and Kamlesh Singh Kushwaha. The film is yet to go on floors and Salman Khan shared Sooraj's look in the film on Twitter, writing, "Hawa se Baatein Karega Singh..." Sooraj too shared his look on Instagram and captioned it as, "They call him the “Baap Of Indian Boxing” Here’s the first look of #HawaSingh Our effort to bring his story alive on screen, So greatful to play this legend whose story will continue to inspire the generations yet to come! Blessed to be in his gloves!"

Well, we must say the actor looks earthy and certainly aces the look of the wrestler!

For the unversed, Hawa Singh won the Asian Games Gold medal in the Heavyweight category in consecutive editions of the Games at the 1966 and 1970 Asiads. The film features his journey from a village boy to a legendary figure in the world of boxing.
