After PM Narendra Modi, Rajinikanth to shoot an episode of 'Man vs Wild' with Bear Grylls in Bandipur forest?

It was Bear Grylls with whom India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi unleashed his adventurous side on the former's TV show Man vs Wild last year. For Grylls, it was no less than a special experience to come to India and explore its beauty with Modi. The PM's episode of Man vs Wild was shot at Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand. In the show, he trekked the wild terrain, crossed a river in a makeshift raft and shared stories of the past -- especially of the time he spent two years of his life in the Himalayas in search of God.

Now following his footsteps, we hear superstar Rajinikanth is reportedly all set to feature in the next episode of Man vs Wild India edition. For the episode, Rajinikanth will be shooting in Karnataka's Bandipur forest. According to a report in a portal, the actor had arrived in Mysore yesterday and he will be joined by Bear Grylls today.

While his fans have been superexcited to see him, we hear that several nvironmentalists have raised concerns over shooting in the reserved forest zone. However, forest officials have claimed that due diligence has been taken. Well, for now all we can wait is to catch a glimpse of Rajini and Bear togetehr!

Work wise, Rajinikanth will be seen next in Thalaivar 168, an yet-untitled film directed by Siruthai Siva. His last release Darbar raked in moolah at the box office.
