Aamir Khan announced this morning that his film Laal Singh Chadha which was earlier clashing with Akshay Kumar's Bachchan Pandey will now have a solo release on December 25, 2020. Soon after Akshay tweeted that his film will now be releasing on January 22, 2021. Soon after several memes took over the internet as Akshay's other film Bell Bottom was releasing the same day and he was clashing with himself. To clear the air, Akshay has now announced that Bell Bottom has postponed to April 2nd, 2021.
Akshay captioned the post as, "I know there are enough memes out there about me clashing with myself one day but 22nd January, 2021 is not that day #BellBottom will now release on 2nd April, 2021! @ranjit_tiwari @vashubhagnani @honeybhagnani @monishaadvani @nikkhiladvani @EmmayEntertain @poojafilms".
Akshay also released a brand new poster along with the announcement. Suited up in brown, the actor looks classy lying effortlessly on a red lavish car in the latest poster.

Bell Bottom is produced by Pooja Entertainment in association with Enmmay Entertainment. Bell Bottom, directed by Ranjit M Tewari the story is of one of India’s forgotten heroes and will go on floors mid next year. The story inspired by true events is written by Aseem Arora & Pervez Shaikhand and is touted to be a very high-end espionage thriller.
