The makers of Hitesh Kewalya's Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan released the trailer of the rom-com today. Starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra Kumar in the lead role, the film revolves around a gay love story. Ayushmann plays gay in the film opposite Kota Factory star Jitendra and together the two fight societal norms and family pressure in this out of the box trailer. For the unversed, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan is a sequel to Ayuhsmann's hit 2017 film Shubh Mangal Saavdhan.
The 2 minutes 41 seconds trailer showcases the bumpy ride that takes place in Katik's (Ayushmann) and Aman's (Jitu) life when they reveal their sexual identity to their families. Every love story deserves a happy ending. But the road to achieving this happy ending is a little too rough for Kartik and Aman. While Aman’s family tries hard to battle his love for Kartik, Kartik isn’t prepared to step back until he marries Aman! Find out what this ultimate feud leads to, in Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan!

Produced by Aanand L Rai, Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan will be directed by Hitesh Kewalya, who wrote the screenplay and dialogues for the first film. Apart from Ayushmann and Jitu, the film stars Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Pankhuri Awasthy, Manurishi Chadha, Sunita Rajwar, Maanvi Gagroo and Neeraj Singh. It will release on February 21, 2020.
