The new song Nok Jhok from Deepika Padukone’s and Vikrant Massey’s film Chhapaak was dropped a couple of days back. Now, a cute BTS video about the song and the romantic relationship between Deepika aka Malti and Vikrant aka Amol has been shared by the actress. The video is heartrending as we get to see the crackling chemistry between the two leads as they show the amazing and selfless love between the two main characters of the film.
The romantic track shows love blossoming between Deepika’s character who is an acid attack survivor and Vikrant’s Amol. Director Meghna Gulzar explains that the highlight of the film is the romantic relationship between the main protagonists as love like that is pure and selfless. She says, “Love like that should happen more often.”

In the BTS video, Vikrant also talks about the ease with which he could get into the character because Deepika helped in making him comfortable on the sets. Deepika also speaks highly of Vikrant saying that their chemistry was sizzling and the camaraderie showed onscreen. We also get to meet the real-life Alok Dixit who proved to be a pillar of strength for Laxmi Agarwal on whom the film is based. The film is slated to release on January 10, 2020.
