Parineeti Chopra is all set to play the role of the badminton icon Saina Nehwal in the official biopic Saina and she is back to total fitness for the film. The actress had visited the ace badminton player's home here for the first time, as part of the preparation for her role back in October. "I want to become Saina. For that I want to go to her house and see how she lives. We have met many times, but this time I want to go to her house, live like her and eat like her for a day. She has promised me that her mom will feed me the exact food that Saina eats. So I am excited to go to her house and live her life for one whole day," Parineeti said.
Today, the makers of the film have released the video of Pari's Hyderabad visit and named it as The Saina Playbook. In the video, Pari is seen visiting Saina's home and meeting her along with her parents and having lunch with them. She is also seen pointing out at all the similarities she shares with Saina including their same phones with the same phone covers. Watch the video here:
The Saina Nehwal biopic is directed by Amole Gupte and is being produced by T-series.
