Watch: Sushmita Sen’s daughter Alisah writes an essay on adoption, leaves the actress moved to tears

Sushmita Sen is a doting mother to two daughters Renee and Alisah and she has often come forward speaking about how adopting her daughters was the best decision of her life. From sharing their adorable pictures and academic milestones on social media, Sushmita is a proud and happy mother. Recently, she once again gave a glimpse of the amazing work she has done in bringing up her children. She shared a video of her younger daughter Alisah reading out an essay that she wrote on adoption.

Sushmita captioned the video as, ““You gave life in such a way, that you saved one” #alisahsen #10yrsold #essay #adoption. She had me in tears!!! In the video, Alisah can be seen reciting an essay on 'Adopting a child from the orphanage'. Alisah reveals that she wrote the essay herself by ‘reflecting on her past and present’.

Sushmita adopted Renee in 2000 when she was only 24-years-old and she adopted Alisah in 2010.
