Salman Khan made yet another big announcement on Twitter. He tweeted announcing that Kick 2 will release on Eid 2020. Kick 2, directed and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, and starring Salman and Jacqueline Fernandez is scheduled to release on May 22, 2020. This news came right after the makers of Akshay Kumar's and Kiara Advani's Laxmmi Bomb announced its release date as Eid 2020 this afternoon.
Earlier Akshay's Laxmmi Bomb was supposed to release on June 5, 2020, as Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah starring Salman and Alia Bhatt was supposed to release on Eid 2020 but as soon as Bhansali Predictions shelved Inshallah, Akshay took up the Eid slot for his film. But now, looks like Salman has no problem in clashing with Akshay as his film Kick 2 will now release on the same day.

Kick 2 is a continuation of Salman's and Jacqueline's hit 2014 film Kick which was also directed by Sajid Nadiadwala.
