Akshaye Khanna and Richa Chadha are all set to put forth an intriguing and nail-biting courtroom drama titled Section 375. As the name suggests, the film is set against the backdrop of a heinous rape charge against an innocent citizen of India. The film touches upon the extent to which people misuse Section 375 which is better known as anti-rape law. The makers of this socially relevant drama released its first posters featuring Richa and Akshaye as lawyers. This first poster sent everyone into a frenzy with its unique style of presentation and made us enter into a zone of excitement for further updates on the film.
In the first poster, the makers introduced us to the basic premise of the film in the form of public notice. It stated that a renowned filmmaker has been charged with rape and has been taken into custody by the Mumbai Police. The names of Akshaye's and Richa's characters as criminal lawyer Tarun Saluja and public prosecutor Hiral Mehta was announced along with the notice like poster. The teaser of the film will be out tomorrow.

Section 375 is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Abhishek Pathak and co-produced by Sanjeev Joshi, Aditya Chowksey and Vinod Bhanushali. It is directed by Ajay Bahl. The principal photography of the film began in January 2019 and is scheduled to release on 13 September 2019. Gulshan Kumar (T-series) presents A Panorama Studios Production, Section 375.
