Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, undoubtedly make for the ideal couple and prove the phrase, opposites attract perfectly as Ranveer is known for his over the top craziness whereas Deepika is looked up at for her poise. When the two actors tied the knot in November last year, Twitter was filled with a sea of funny memes about the same. Amongst comments like how Ranveer will put forth his antics during the wedding while some wondered how he will react during the ceremonies, the one reply that caught attention was "Ranveer probably Deepika ki maang me Ching's chutney bharega, sindoor nahi." Deepika, during an interview, reacted to this comment and gave a perfect reply that left us in splits. The video wherein she is giving an answer to all memes made on the couple was made viral on Instagram pages dedicated to the actors.
"This is totally possible knowing how obsessed I am with anything that is spicy being the true South Indian that I am. It is possible, knowing my love for spice," Deepika told jokingly.
Deepika and Ranveer after dating each other for six years and keeping it under the wraps, announced that they will be tying the nuptial knot on November 14 and 15, 2018 in a private ceremony in Italy's luxurious and scenic Lake Como with close family members in attendance. The real couple was paired as reel couple in three films by Sanjay Leela Bhansali namely Goliyon Ki Raas Leela Ram Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. They will now be seen together for the first time post-wedding in Kabir Khan's '83, based on the Indian Cricket Team's victory against West Indies in 1983 World Cup. Ranveer is cast as Kapil Dev, the former captain of Team India while Deepika will be seen as Romi Dev, Kapil's wife. Ranveer is currently in the UK while Deepika returned to Mumbai post-shooting recently.
