R Madhavan made his debut almost two decades ago in Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein and charmed us all with his persona and cute smile. The actor who is touching 49 years of age still holds an ardent female fan following. The actor has aged gracefully and continues to win hearts on social media with every picture he posts. Recently he received a marriage proposal from an 18-year-old girl but it is his response that is winning the internet.
One of his female fans sent across a marriage proposal to the actor and wrote, “Is it wrong that I'm 18 and wanna get married to you.” Madhavan was quick to respond to the fan and wrote, “"@nina_.jai ha ha ha God bless you.. you will find someone way more worthier."
Madhavan is married to Sarita Birje and has a son Vedanta with her who was born in 2005. He is gearing up for his directorial debut in Rocketry: The Nambi Effect where he is playing the role of scientist Nambi Narayanan. The film also stars Simran in the lead opposite him as well as Game of Thrones actor Ron Donachie and Downtown Abbey star Phyllis Logan. The film is slated to release in English, Hindi and Tamil this year.
