Shashank Khaitan's Dhadak starring Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter completed one year of its release today. Ishaan and producer Karan Johar got very nostalgic as they shared on their Instagram a post to celebrate a year of their film.
Sharing pictures from the film, Ishaan in his Instagram post wrote, "Tomorrow marks one year of the theatrical release of Dhadak. Major nostalgia ensues and will continue for the next few hours. Thank you to @karanjohar @shashankkhaitan @janhvikapoor who have etched themselves into my life and my most prized memories forever.. and to the entire cast and crew without whom our film’s heart would not beat as it did (sic)."

Karan Johar, on the other hand, shared a special video celebrating one year of Dhadak. He wrote, "It's one year already!! Two hearts, one heartbeat - that touched the hearts of many. This is what pure innocent love looks like, congrats to the entire team!"
Director Shashank also shared a video as Dhadak marked a year.
Dhadak released on July 20, 2018, and received mixed reviews.
