Former Miss India International and actress Pooja Batra, last seen in the 2017 psychological thriller Mirror Game, has been grabbing a lot of attention lately for her relationship with actor Nawab Shah, who will be seen next in Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat and Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg 3. The much-in-love couple has been all over social media and their PDA is on point. In fact, in June, the Tiger Zinda Hai actor called Pooja his 'soulmate' as he wished Eid Mubarak to everyone.
However, a recent social media post by both Pooja and Nawab caught everyone's attention. In her Instagram story, Pooja was seen playfully jingling her chooras (a set of bangles traditionally worn by a Punjabi bride during the wedding and for a period thereafter). Nawab, too, shared a boomerang video of them and Pooja's chooras were visible there too. Now according to a leading daily, the couple has tied the knot in a secret ceremony. “They have yet to register the marriage, but it will happen soon. Their family and close friends are happy for them. They were in Srinagar recently for Nawab’s sister’s wedding,” the daily quoted a source as saying. The couple is currently in Delhi and will apparently return to Mumbai soon.
Well, that's interesting. Well, we congratulate the couple for their married life.
This is Pooja's second marriage after she got divorced from her first husband Dr Sonu S. Ahluwalia after 9 years of marriage.
