Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel issues fresh attack on Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, questions their equestrian skills

Kangana Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel is back with a fresh new attack on Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Rangoli is well-known for her scathing tweets that often reveal the farce Bollywood stars live under. Today, she launched a new attack on Ranbir and Alia when a fan tweeted photos of the actors horse riding on Twitter. Rangoli replied to the user stating that the two stars could not take to horse riding whereas Kangana had aced it in no time.

Interestingly, when Kangana was learning horse riding for her then-upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Ranbir and Alia were also learning the sport for their film Brahmastra. However, Kangana who played the role of Rani Laxmi Bai in Manikarnika learned the sport in no time; Ranbir and Alia came for a single day and never returned. It is being inferred that the two gave up on learning horse riding. Rangoli called out Alia and Ranbir for the same and shared scathing tweets.

However, there is no confirmation as such that Brahmastra has any horse riding sequences. A viral video of Kangana riding a machine operated wooden horse went viral after the release of Manikarnika that had earned a lot of guffaws from the netizens. However, Kangana was not fazed and gave a suitable reply as well. Earlier this month, Kangana had also made similar claims as Rangoli’s tweets today. She had said, “I know who released that video. Two other actors of the nepotism gang were also learning horse-riding at the same place as me. They practiced for one day and got so sore that they didn’t return. I was galloping and doing all sorts of stunts. The wooden horse was only used for close-up shots. Just because they cannot ride a horse they got jealous of me and released the video.”

She further added, “I rode a horse in Rangoon too, it’s not new for me. Mishti said she was asked to speak up, but who is making her speak? It’s all about ganging up against me. Sonu and I share a personal trainer. Again, situations were manipulated to force people to speak against me. Some trade experts were forced to show our film’s collections as half of the actual numbers. All the people who pretend that they don’t have PRs send the maximum number of emails against others. One smear campaign was started by Karan Johar’s gang against me by paying reviewers. When I talk about it, people think I sound like a loony character, but what option am I left with?”

Besides acting in Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Kangana also shared the director’s credit with Krish Jagarlamudi. The film became the third highest grossing female-centric project. Now, the film has been selected for the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, Asia's largest film event as well.
