Super 30: Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli takes a sharp dig on Vikas Bahl being cleared of MeToo charges

The beginning of a new month gave relief to director Vikas Bahl as he was cleared of Me Too charges after an extensive investigation. However, the news invited further troubles on Vikas as his Queen actress Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel took a sharp dig and reprimanded the decision and voiced her opinion on her Twitter account on Saturday evening.

Touching upon Alok Nath's acquittal, Rangoli said girls now will be shamed for raising their voices and said Vikas will have to bear the brunt of torturing and harassing women. She wrote, "Alok Nath ke baad Vikas Bahl gets clean chit, whereas girls will be shamed all their lives for raising their voices, Bollywood scum land on this earth remember jaise woh film piti thi yeh bhi pitegi....(contd)." She continued saying, "tum logon ka hisab hoga, there is a world beyond this world, where a woman’s cry isn’t unheard."

Vikas, in 2015, was accused of sexually harassing a female employee of Phantom Film, a collaboration between Anurag Kashyap, Madhu Mantena, Vikas and Vikramaditya Motwane. Sharing her story to a leading daily, the victim encouraged women to share workplace harassment cases.

Kangana rushed to the victim's support and shared her personal harassment experience with Vikas. She told a leading daily, “Every time we met, socially greeted and hugged each other, he would bury his face in my neck, hold me really tight and breathe in the smell of my hair. It took me great amount of strength and effort to pull myself out of his embrace. He’d say ‘I love how you smell K’. Even though Vikas was married back in 2014 when we were filming Queen, he bragged about having casual sex with a new partner every other day. I don’t judge people and their marriages but you can tell when addiction becomes sickness. He partied every night and shamed me for sleeping early and not being cool enough.”
