Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Saaho has been keeping its fans excited with one surprise after another. Today, the makers of the film unveiled a new, action-packed poster where we see Prabhas racing ahead on a bike. The poster also dispelled the rumours of any changes in the release date. The film is scheduled to release on August 15 and will clash with Akshay Kumar’s Mission Mangal and Johan Abraham’s Batla House.
It was being speculated that since the film is VFX-heavy there might be a change in the release date but looks like the makers are hell-bent on getting the film to the theatres on time. Prabhas also shared the poster on his Instagram. He captioned it as, “Hey darlings, the second poster of my film, Saaho is here. Check it out! #15AugWithSaaho. @shraddhakapoor @sujeethsign@uvcreationsofficial #[email protected] @officialsaahomovie.”
Saaho has been in the making since 2017 and Shraddha and Prabhas will be sharing the screen space for the first time. It is the southern debut of Shraddha. The film also stars Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Mandira Bedi, Mahesh Manjrekar and Chunky Pandey in pivotal roles. The film has been written and directed by Sujeeth.
Saaho is an action film and will also see Shraddha perform some daredevil stunts. The film is trilingual and is being shot in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi simultaneously.
