The makers of the much-anticipated film directed by Anurag Basu that stars Sanya Malhotra and Aditya Roy Kapur in primary roles, announced that the film will be released on February 21, 2020. Apart from Aditya and Sanya, the film reunites Sanya with her debut film co-star Fatima Sana Shaikh and features Abhishek Bachchan, Rajkumar Rao and Pankaj Tripathi.

The shooting of the action comedy film had started in February with Sanya and Aditya in Mumbai. The untitled action comedy film is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Anurag Basu, Tani Somarita Basu and Krishan Kumar.
