Ananya Panday, with Student Of The Year 2 has become the next door girl of Bollywood. With a number of interviews queuing up, the 20-year-old actress has been sharing about her personal life with fans. During one such interview with a leading daily, Ananya said that she considers her best friend Suhana Khan's father, actor Shah Rukh Khan to be her second dad and told that she used to accompany him to all IPL matches with Suhana and Shanaya Kapoor. She also revealed that apart from Suhana's and Shanaya's family, she knows nobody in the industry.
“Only Suhana and Shanaya are my close friends from the industry and we share everything. But while growing up, I don’t remember going to the sets. I have never been to my dad’s sets. So I am very star struck even now when I meet stars. Shah Rukh Khan is like my second dad. He is my best friend’s dad so we used to go with him for all the IPL matches,” Ananya was quoted.

Ananya, Suhana and Shanaya, daughter of Sanjay Kapoor are childhood friends. While Ananya is the first one to make her Bollywood debut, Shanaya is currently working as an assistant director on her cousin sister Janhvi Kapoor's Kargil Girl. For Suhana, she is currently pursuing higher studies in films in London and shall enter films soon after.
