Salman Khan wishes to see a remake of his 1991 film 'Love' and wants this actor to play his role!

Bollywood actor Salman Khan is gearing up for his much-awaited film Bharat, which will hit the screens on Eid, June 5. The film not only sees him once again with Katrina Kaif but also marks his reunion with director Ali Abbas Zafar, who helmed Sultan (2016) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017). Interestingly, during an interaction with a leading daily, Salman was asked if he would like to be a part of any remake of any original Hindi film, considering the ongoing trend. To which he said that he won't star in the remake of any of his films but feels that his 1991 film Love can be remade with the new-age actor in Bollywood.

He further revealed that it was Varun Dhawan, who mentioned to him that it was a wonderful film. "It was the first few films that I did and I remember that it didn’t do well. But that was a beautiful film and my character was wonderful," he added. Now that Salman has already mentioned Varun's name, we wonder if he would like to star in it.
