The young and pretty Ananya Panday has finally arrived in Bollywood with today's major release and her debut film Student Of The Year 2 co-starring Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria. As we were all going gaga over her confidence in her debut film, we found a video that revealed that SOTY 2 ain't her debut film. Before Karan Johar could finalise her for the role of Shreya, Sanjay Kapoor, her best friend Shanaya's father who happens to her Chunky Panday's best friend had roped in her for a film. Yes! In a video shared by on Friday on his Instagram account saw Ananya give a nod to the proposal of working on Sanjay's film.
Since the video was shot much before Ananya began shooting for SOTY2, we can hear Sanjay say he won't be dealing with Chunky or Bhavana Panday and tells her that she won't get any managers. For the unversed Shanaya, Ananya and Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan are childhood friends and their families share a great rapport with each other. Workwise, Ananya bagged her second film titled Pati, Patni Aur Woh co-starring Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar much before her debut film released. Talking about SOTY 2, the film marks the debut of not only Ananya but of Tara too. SOTY 2 is a campus romance film directed by Punit Malhotra and produced by Karan under Dharma Productions banner.
