Diljit Dosanjh took over the internet when he dropped his latest single titled Kylie + Kareena, a song dedicated to his two most favourite woman - Kylie Jenner and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Diljit proved himself the ultimate fanboy when he came up with the song which is his tribute to his lady loves, Kylie and Kareena. Recently the singer turned actor opened up about understanding his fans' feelings.
According to a report in a leading daily, the singer mentioned that while dubbing the song he wasn't in the right frame of mind and that's why he kept Kylie's photo in front of him to get into romantic mind space. He also revealed that he now understands how his fans feel and according to him it is a sweet feeling. For him, the tables turned with this ode to his love for Kylie and Kareena.
Though American businesswomen Kylie Jenner might not have responded to his musical ode to her, Kareena Kapoor Khan certainly reacted to the song, in a video shared by Diljit himself on his Instagram handle, the actress is seen praising her co-stars' single. She said, "I am really really actually humbled that Diljit has sung this song which is with my name in it. I have never really had a song. I definitely know ki do picture kari hai Diljit ke sath zaida baat nahi karta hai(I have done two pictures with Diljit, he doesn't talk much) vo but that's what I like about him that he doesn't really really talk at all too much."
Kareena and Diljit, co-stars of Udta Punjab, will be seen together in their upcoming film Good News which also stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani in lead roles.
