Here's what Soni Razdan has to say on Rangoli's claims of Mahesh Bhatt throwing a 'chappal' at her sister Kangana Ranaut

You must be living under a rock if you aren't aware that a lot has transpired between Alia Bhatt's family and Kangana Ranaut's family. It all started when Kangana accused Alia of not supporting her film Manikarnika and even dragged her name in the nepotism debate, thereby calling her a 'mediocre talent'. Soon after, her sister Rangoli Chandel joined the bandwagon and targetted Alia and her mother Soni Razdan for their British citizenship.

Amidst all it, Soni eventually defended her daughter in a now-deleted tweet and slammed Kangana for "attacking the daughter of a man who gave her a break" in Bollywood. But as expected, Kangana's sister Rangoli Chandel hit back at her in no time, claiming that it was director Anurag Basu who gave Kangana a break in the industry and further accused Mahesh Bhatt of hurling a slipper at Ranaut during Woh Lamhe preview.

"Dear Soni ji, Mahesh Bhatt never gave her a break, Anurag Basu did, Mahesh Bhatt ji works as a creative director in his brothers production house....please note that he doesn’t own that production house, after Woh Lamhe when Kangana refused to do a film written by him called ‘Dhokha where he wanted her to play a suicide bomber he got so upset that he not only shouted at her in his office....but later when she went for Woh Lamhe preview to a theatre he threw chappal on her, he didn’t allow her to see her own film, she cried whole night .... and she was just 19 years old," Rangoli mentioned in a series of tweets.

When Soni was recently asked to comment on it, she told an entertainment portal, "I do not wish to be drawn into this madness."

For now, it seems the social media feud between the Bhatts and the Ranauts is far away from being over.
