Priyanka Chopra spoke at length about her relationship with husband, American singer Nick Jonas while speaking at Tina Brown’s 10th Annual Women in the World Summit in New York on Thursday, reports international website People. Priyanka and Nick met in 2016 and made their first public appearance during the MET Gala 2017, escalating speculations about their relationship.
While addressing the audience during the summit, Priyanka said she never thought that she would end up marrying Nick. “I’ve known him for two years. I didn’t think that this is what it (would’ve) turned out to be, and that’s maybe that’s my fault, I judged a book by its cover. When I actually started dating Nick, he surprised me so much,” Priyanka said at the summit, People reports.

Moreover, Priyanka also said that she refers to Nick as ‘Old Man Jonas’ and that he is nothing short of an old soul but at the same time, “extremely smart”.
“I call him ‘Old Man Jonas.’ That’s my name for him, ‘OMJ’. He’s such an old soul, extremely smart, so good for me because he grounds me so much. I’m a wild child, I do whatever I want whenever I want and he always supports me,” Priyanka said, adding, “He gave me credit for what I had done, it was just mindblowing for me.”
Priyanka Chopra formalized her relationship with Nick Jonas through a roka ceremony at her Mumbai residence in August 2018 and married him in December.
