Apart from acting in films, Parineeti Chopra takes keen interest in singing as well as she is all set to launch her first single, a leading daily reports, adding that it will be a recreation of Mehdi Hassan’s song. Mujhe Tum Nazar Se is the title of the single that has been composed by Amaal Mallik while Manoj Muntashir has written the lyrics.
Manoj, while speaking to the daily, said that the song was recorded three months ago while Parineeti will shoot for the video in May. “Music evolves every day and it’s important to sharpen the song to make it appealing. Pari will be re-dubbing some portions sometime this month, the music video will be shot in May,” Manoj told the daily.
The report also states that the music video will feature a male actor apart from Parineeti as well and makers will soon announce the news. Meanwhile, Manoj also spoke about the song and praised Parineeti’s voice.
“Pari’s voice is very relatable. Koi ustadi nahi hai, isiliye seedha dil pe lagti hai,” he added.
Parineeti has previously provided vocals to the song Maana Ke Hum Yaar Nahin for her 2017 film Meri Pyaari Bindu.
Last seen in Kesari, Parineeti Chopra’s upcoming films include Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Jabariya Jodi, Saina and Bhuj: The Pride of India.
