Kabir Singh: Shahid Kapoor smokes two cigarettes in the new poster, announces the teaser to release on April 8

The teaser of Shahid Kapoor’s and Kiara Advani’s film Kabir Singh will be out on April 8. The film is the remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy. Kiara and Shahid shared the news about the teaser release date on social media today. The film is directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga who also directed the original Telugu version. Kiara and Shahid also shared the film’s poster.

The film’s shoot is complete and the film will release on June 21. Talking about the film, Kiara had earlier said, “The movie will be out on June 21. We have wrapped up shooting of the film. However, a small portion of shoot is left. It was an amazing experience and I am looking forward to its release.” In the poster, we get to see Shahid’s silhouette as he smokes two cigarettes with a stethoscope around his neck. Interestingly, there is a fist on Shahid’s neck in the shape of a heart.

He had said, “The original was Arjun Reddy, based in Hyderabad and Bangalore. This is Kabir Singh, which is based in Delhi and Mumbai. Maybe Arjun and Kabir are cousins but they are not the same person. My journey is only to find Kabir Singh.”
