Alia Bhatt is in a relationship with Ranbir Kapoor since 2018 and couldn’t be happier, and most importantly, doesn’t care about his ‘troubled past’. While speaking to a leading entertainment magazine about Ranbir, Alia was asked about his ‘troubled past’ but her response was apt as she said that she doesn’t care about it at all.
“How does it matter? It’s part of someone’s life and who cares. Aur main thodi na kam hoon,” Alia told the magazine.

Well, we aren’t quite sure whether we can describe Ranbir’s past as ‘troubled’ but the 36-year-old actor, for sure, has made countless headlines for his respective affairs with Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, and also subsequent separations. Nevertheless, Ranbir is in a happy space with Alia at the moment and she is over the moon to begin with.
“It’s not a relationship. It’s a friendship. I’m saying this with all genuineness and honesty. It’s beautiful. I’m walking on stars and clouds right now,” Alia told the magazine of her relationship with Ranbir.

Rumours of Ranbir’s and Alia’s relationship surfaced in 2018 after both were spotted together quite often – at film screenings and events. In May last year, Ranbir confirmed his relationship with Alia while speaking to a leading magazine.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are co-starring in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, scheduled to release on Christmas.
