Watch: Akshay Kumar’s hand-to-hand combat with a BSF female jawan will make you proud of the superstar and our defense forces

Akshay Kumar is one superstar who is well-known for his love and respect towards the armed forces. From making films on patriotism, social issues, Army and the Special Forces the superstar also takes time out to interact and spend time with the jawans. He has even joined forces with the Government of India to come up with the Bharat Ke Veer app through which citizens of India can donate money to the families of Indian soldiers. Akshay, in fact, donated Rs 5 crore through the app to the martyrs of Pulwama Attack. Other than this he also takes time out to organize self-defense camps for women and school children to teach them basic self-defense moves.

Today, he shared a video where he is seen engaging in hand-to-hand combat with a female BSF soldier. It’s a treat to watch the two trying to attack each other at the same time evading each other’s counter moves. Akshay, shared the video on his social media and wrote, “Always a treat to meet the Jawans from @bsf_india. Their training, passion and enthusiasm is top-notch, always a learning experience.”

On the work front, Akshay will be next seen in Kesari which is slated to release on the occasion of Holi on March 21. The film also stars Parineeti Chopra and is directed by Anurag Singh. Kesari is based on the true story of Battle of Saragarhi where a regiment of 21 Sikh soldiers fought bravely till death against a troop of 10,000 Afghan invaders.
